Drinking fountain graphic

If I were to take part in starting an energy drink business, what goes into getting graphic design on the drink? How pricey is it? What causes some small business to have such plain looking drinks/logos? Is it that it costs that much more to put a nice logo/graphic design on it even if you create it yourself?

I do grapgic design. I can do such work for about 250 dollars

Humans often link colors/images with actions or emotions.

so the name of my restaurant is called "the rehab" (and its one called that in memphis) so the thing is i'm going to create it using my graphic designing skills. so i'm going to put together international foods that popular on my menu as well as mixed drinks, cocktails, and alcohol. but she said the thing that throws it off is it being called the rehab and the food i'm having is already addictive...so i need a slogan saying something that can relate to my restaurant
