Drinking fountain guard rails

How long before the senario quits playing over and over in your head? Tuesday night, I was hit head on by a drunk driver going about 55mph., thrown into a guard rail, then hit by a semi truck as I rebounded from the guard rail. Finnally, I was dragged in my truck under the bed of the semi until it came to a stop. I did not have a scratch on me, unless you count emotional trauma. I just wish I could stop the scene playing over and over in my head. And that smell of blown air bag. I still smell that. No one in the accident was seriously hurt. The woman who was drunk went to the hospital in the ambulance to be checked out. She was complaining more about being strapped down than her injuries.

been 5 years since i was in arollover, and i still tense up when we go by that place but it is a lot less stressful. The worst was over in about 6 months for me but I imagine everyone is different.

If you were driving drunk, lost control of your vehicle and slammed into a guard rail totaling your $20,000 car would insurance cover the damage or would you have to pay because of the obvious crime of drunk driving. remember no hate messages just hypothetical. I never did this my friends and I were just wondering what would happen to someone in this situation.

As long as you have collision coverage- the damage to the car will be covered. There is no exclusion in the policy that prevents coverage for acts of stupidity. The damage to the guard rail will be covered under your liability coverage. However, the adjuster will then send an alert to the underwriting department letting them know about the dui. Most likely, your friends policy will be non-renewed. Which means, the person would have to get insurance with another compay. You can also expect to pay through the nose for several years to come.

let's say you know of someone who was on probation, got drunk, wrecked and hit a guard rail (one car accident), flee the scene of an accident and went missing? Jail time wise, anyone?

My best friend of 12 years (I am 23 now) died last weekend in a car accident. He had been drinking and he struck the end of a guard rail on a local expressway. I feel tremendous amount of guilt, I was suppose to go with him to the bar that night but couldn't make it due to work. I feel like I was the one that was suppose to die that night, Not him. I am probably the biggest waste of human life you have ever seen, I didn't go to college. I barely finished high school, I have a dead end job, I live with my older sister. I have marijuana and alcohol problems....I'm basically a fucking loser. My friend was the complete opposite of me. I feel so damn guilty, I quit my job. I'm drinking even more, I just don't know what to do. How do you deal with a death like this? He was like family, I don't remember a time we weren't together 8 hours a day...

I WOULD feel bad for you, but I have a feeling you are making all this up.
